Tables are 6' in length and must be covered with a vendor supplied table cloth type material, chairs are provided with each table. Table prices are:
$40/table if paid by 5/31;
$45/table if paid by 6/30;
$50/table if paid after 6/30
If not paid in full, a minimum one table non-refundable deposit MUST accompany your application. Space will be assigned based on prior attendance and timeliness of payment. A Vendor Application must be received to have tables assigned. NO APPLICATION, NO TABLES
To lock in your tables, all tables must be paid in full.
The tables in the 2nd building will be the last to be assigned based on receipt of payment. Additional table requests may or may not be honored based on available space. Table locations are assigned by the promoter based on vendor needs and space available and cannot be changed without prior approval. The Complex Director has the right to accept or deny Vendors based on judgment.
This is a gun & knife show. Vendors with non related items will be asked to make adjustments at the Show.
Vendors are responsible for sales tax collections and any special permits required. Vendors are also required to be open during the hours of the event, set up and take down as per designated times and will park in the spaces indicated.
Booth space cannot be transferred to another organization without approval.
